Paradies Lagardère Selected to Introduce New Dining and Retail Options at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport’s Concourse T
ATLANTA, May 11, 2022 – Leading airport restaurateur and retailer Paradies Lagardère is excited to announce the award of a new concessions contract that will deliver a unique collection of iconic restaurants and retail brands to Concourse T-North at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The new contract, approved by the Atlanta City Council on May 3, features Starbucks, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, a new version of the award-winning Vino Volo, and a partnership with James Beard Award nominated Chef Duane Nutter.
This new program will generate an exciting level of variety as each of the proposed concepts will be new to Concourse T and its travelers. The powerful brand lineup features undeniable prominence and recognition, including:
Starbucks: One of the most recognized brands globally, Starbucks will be an anchor for this new plan and will feature its robust menu of signature hot and cold beverage, breakfast and lunch options, and its Order & Pay Ahead option through the Starbucks® app.
Vino Volo: Atlanta will enjoy the next generation of the Vino Volo concept with its new contemporized design, expanded beverage program offering craft beer and cocktails with local influences, a reinvented menu covering all day parts, and, of course, its award-winning, immersive wine experience that caters to oenophiles and casual wine lovers alike.
Tropical Smoothie Cafe: Recognized in 2022 as one of the top 10 franchises in Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500®, Atlanta-based Tropical Smoothie Cafe will showcase a location as colorful and appealing as its menu, which is complete with salads, wraps, sandwiches, flatbreads, and smoothies.
Southern National Market: With over 50 years of combined culinary expertise and multiple James Beard Award nominations to their credit, Chef Duane Nutter and Reggie Washington bring their talents back to this airport with their newest concept, Southern National Market. A creative hybrid concept, Southern National features gourmet pizza by the Pizzaboxx, delectable to-go selections crafted from fresh seasonal ingredients, a curated selection of regional gourmet and gift items as well as other retail essentials. The original culinary team behind the award-winning One Flew South restaurant at the airport, Nutter and Washington will be opening a street-side Southern National brand in Atlanta this summer.
