Aaron Bonham Named Senior Vice President, Chief Merchandising Officer for Paradies Lagardère

ATLANTA – Paradies Lagardère, a leader in the travel retail and food and beverage industry in North America, announced today that Aaron Bonham has joined the company as senior vice president, chief merchandising officer. He will report to Gregg Paradies, president and CEO, and his responsibilities will include the day-to-day operations for Paradies Lagardère’s entire merchandising organization, including regional, national and international brands, general merchandise, and the convenience business.

Prior to joining Paradies Lagardère, Aaron spent 15 years in leadership positions at The Home Depot in Atlanta. His most recent role at the company was merchandise vice president, Kitchen and Bath. Aaron’s responsibilities as vice president included developing competitive strategies for growth and managing $6.5 billion in business for close to 2,000 U.S. based stores, 161 team members and seven direct reports. He increased market share in 2017 and 2018 in a competitive industry and grew the division’s online business significantly. Aaron opened the company’s very first kitchen and bath center in the San Diego market. He also co-led Home Depot’s “Store of the Future” initiative. He started his career in retail at J. C. Penney Company, Inc. as a clothing buyer, working his way through the company in various leadership roles.
